CRM Update and Reporting
You can expect comprehensive reporting of the results of every company contacted and the CRM of your choice will be updated. Your own staff could then if necessary carry on the campaign when the project is finished.
Meetings and Presentations
The Sales Switch can attend prospect meetings as the representative of your company, and sell the company and progress the sale towards a win. A full Visit Report is produced and the CRM updated. All necessary activities and follow up will take place to win business in the short term and create pipeline for the longer term. All prospects will be properly Qualified and Profiled.
Closing the Business
You can expect The Sales Switch to take the responsibility according to the Scope of Work to close the business for you.
Business Development
The Sales Switch can take responsibility for a whole business development project. We regard Business Development as a much wider range of activities than just prospecting and winning new business. Other such activities might include:
